BluEmerald CM/Substratum Theme

BluEmerald Theme - made as an open source project.

It is compatible with CyanogenMod/LineageOS 12/12.1/13/14/14.1 and CM-based ROMs, as well as Substratum-compatible ROMs and Layers-compatible ROMs if the Substratum Manager app is installed.

Please do not install this app if you don't know what this is.
